Medical Examination
Ensure your maid has completed her required six-monthly medical examination, if due.
Approve Transfer Request
Review and approve the transfer request submitted by the new employer through MOM’s FDW eService.
Levy Responsibility
Continue paying the maid levy until the new work permit is issued under the new employer.
Work Permit Card Disposal
Once the transfer is completed, the existing work permit card should be properly disposed of to prevent misuse.
Security Bond Release
The security bond will be discharged after the maid settles in with the new employer, usually within a short period.
